Had my 1st visit with a Holistic Doctor that took my DIAGNOSTIC which shows my neural networks are in bad shape. In that space its not called #HavanaSyndrome but it would be a good idea to have it VICTIMS take it and compare.

These individuals mastered “SOUND EFFECTS” torture. They moved into an apartment building that they DID NOT OWN, nor pay rent and tortured VICTIMS by mercilessly playing the sounds of heavy falling boxes, steps on squeaky floor boards and the sounds of someone running across the room 24/7/365.

They positioned their speakers downward to maximize full psychological attack upon their VICTIM that lived below them. Why? Because they could.

NOTE: The CRIMINALS do have a FEAR of being RECORDED they stop when VICTIMS take time out of his or her life to RECORD the noise, proof of their lunacy. 😀 Yes it also means the PERVS can see their VICTIMS through walls and floors, how is not known yet.

The Pentagon Fears That Deadly Microwave Weapons Are Undetectable
